Sailor Cosmos makes her first apperance in Manga 18, Act 51 or 52 in Sailor Moon. Sailor Cosmos is the final incarnation of Sailor Moon. Sailor Cosmos is also Chibi Chibi in a younger form, and Chibi Chibi helps Sailor Moon make the right choices that Sailor Cosmos should have taken because she said that the Sailor Moon of the present had more courage than she did because Sailor Cosmos ran away from the problems that were in her time.

Sailor Cosmos also made an appearance in episode 200 of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. Sailor Cosmos also returns Sailor Moon's starseed, and gives her the power to fight Galaxia. Sailor Cosmos gives Sailor Moon a sword which actually contained Chibi Chibi, when Galaxia breaks the sword Chibi Chibi appears and then she disappears.
